little story behind mine, i was sitting bored on the computer one day( no matazone at that time, or maybe i didnt hear about at the time or something) and my friend sent me a link to a website, all the website had was a movie of a cartoon(very good drawing, almost looked lifelike) monkey eating cheese and throwing it up it was so funny... when i went to show me friend in class a couple weeks later the site go bye bye...

should have named my self cheese eating monkey or something like that, but this is the name i go by on another forum, so its easier to remember

whee time to explain where the gerbils from hell came from. okay, one day i was on my computer and a popup appeared on my computer (not exactly out of the ordinary but there's a point to this). the popup was some add for a movie but it included lots of fire. it looked schway so i closed my other programs and left it on my desktop for a while. my background was a pic of my gerbil. the fire and the gerbil pic looked really schway and fire is basicly hell so..... gerbil from hell

Sickness...well, it's my favorite Jhonen character. Minor and major at the same time, and I've still yet to figure out why I like her. Also, the name is...appropriate for me. It is, however akward reading books, because the word sickness is...EVERYWHERE. Every single book I've read since I forgot my real name over the summer has had the word sickness in it at least once. It's very distracting. Makes me feel like I'm reading a letter.

Mistress Alti is an old nickname i used to have. Mistress came from my old role-playing days and Alti is Xena: Warrior Princess' evil archrival. I can do her glare very well.

Mine is a stupid story. I was out sick for a week having my 5th case of the chickenpox when I was in highschool. I came back and one of my friends yells, "My LoLo's back!" and it just kinda stuck.

I've had several names. This one doesn't really have a cute story behind it. One of my (many) websites was called "Flawless Imperfection".. hence the oxymoron.

Mine is really just the combination of two words that sounded good. It's like the Japanese naming phenomenon that lead to Radiohead's 'OK Computer' album title. I've always liked the word Kybosh, and Industrial seemed to go well with it.

It was either that or Guilford Caxton, but I'm only known by that name in one place now, and I'd quite like to keep it that way.

On a side note, both Industrial Kybosh and Guilford Caxton feature in a book I'm currently working on. The latter is a major character, and the former a shady corporation. I wanted something that could be shortened to something like InGen (from 'Jurassic Park'), so InKy came to mind.

Mine is actually a old name that I have used for about 5 years.. it is actually Rave'n, Rave cause in my younger days I used to go to Raves a lot (before they became commercial and pop-ish) Well Rave'n was taken (when I first thought of the name not on this site) so it became ravein.

I first used this name to sign up for AOL 3.0, or something really old like that. I couldn't think of a creative name, so I decided I would have noname. But of course, Noname was taken, and noname1, and noname123, so eventually I did NoName4444, and wala, I had an aol account. Thus for simplicity I've used it ever since.

I also go by the alias Firedeath, but that's more so for gaming...

the name apeared on a board similar to this one which was for a company i no longer work for.

it origionally came from an argument between me and a friend about whether it would be easy or hard to rule the goldfish (due to the memory thing) i said it would be she said it wouldn't. so on the bullitin for a few weeks i was king of the goldfish, then we both started this stupid post which was a bout fish life and well letsd just say that it ended in a relveotion and i was deposed as king, she then offered all the fish a chance to choose there leader and since all the crap i had done as king had been forgotten, i was democratically elected president much to my friends dicust. she didn't try any more rebellions after that, and she conseeded that for me it was easy to rule the goldfish as i had taken controll twice now.

and since then the name has stuck its also me e-mail address

i use it for most thing now.

B/c I've always felt an affiity for the goddess. I wear an owl around my neck (well...when my necklass gets fixed, i will again). It was the first name that I took. The Parthenos part, for when Athene is taken, is the ending that the Greeks put on the name of the statue of Athene at the Parthenon.

my name actually comes from my old work at salvation army... there was a monkey there and it looked rather evil to me but everyone else thought it was cute... and every time somone would buy it in a couple of weeks it would be back on the shelf for some strange reason... i never really understood it at all...
but eventually one day i got bored and i wrote a story about a evil stuffed monkey that would eat small children.. guess what his name was... narth... and then eventually i let other people read it and they all thought it was the funniest thing they ever saw...

There is this game released online in Japan called Persona 2 Innocent Sin. In the game there is a group who called themselves "The Masquerade" (or Kamen-to). Members in this group are like King Leo, Lady Scorpio, etc. I noticed there was NO prince and nor any with my Zodiac, Aries. Put two and two together. Woohoo! This was originally a backup name I had on the DDR Freak forums.....but that place was mind numbingly......dull. Basically, a friend once referred to me as a Pixie Goth. I'm not really that goth it's just I'm more goth than her Also I have really dinky ears and people think I look elfish/pixie like......go figure

My avatar is the same as my one and only tattoo (at present ) except I don't have the circle round my tattoo. It's the symbol for the band HIM and they put the circle round it for their latest album. I liked it before they got big (well bigger) because it's a Pentagram and a Heart intertwined. The Pentagram is my religion/faith/what you will and the heart is my middle name, Charity, as in Faith, Hope and.... It shows me, my faith, my old faith and it also reminds me of my holiday in Maui with my Mum.

i dunno if this is silly or not... ... ...

but i was working in a fast food joint and i would often get grease bubbles spewing onto me and it was quite humerous because when they touch the skin they make a "sizzle" sound...and one day a huge bubble landed on meself and after i yelped because it was hot and burning... i exclaimed "wow that was a real sizzlie one!" and all me friends laughed because sizzlie isn't a real word or something and i was dubbed with the nickname sizz for a while...

the swix was given to me by a good friend, and being that i am genderless after i turned 16 instead of calling me a hormonal teenager (since me friend was about 10 years older), they called me swix..."oh stop it with the swixing already"...is one of their favorites

Mine came from earlier chatroom names. My first actual chatroom name was Glittergal777 and slowly i used my favourite numbers 13 and 7 to my own doing. My first forum place I went to, Superbards, I couldn't think of much of a name but Tigerlily was the first thign that popped into my head and its kinda stuck, as with Moonkitty and whitereflection and darkreflection.

Now as for meaning, Tigerlily soon turned into a fictional character in this roleplaying topic at Superbards, She was an elemental keeper (has the power of fire,water,earth,light, darkness, hyren and shadow) on a mission to help her guardian Megumi Ogata get better again and in that process many battles and Aliances came out to help the earth.

And before the story ended, where it was at was reapers character (Ravenroth) after killing his father, the dark force that was in his father moved to him and was making him dream of such horrible things like killing his friends, aliances and tigerlily. He had to go the hall of shadows and requested for him to be chained up to prevent hurting anyone, and Tigerlily coudl see he was fighting it extremely. There was also betrayal of one of our counterparts (Darkwolf) he knocked my best friend out (dragoon) out and ran off.

Rather complicated and a wonderful story, shame the mods on that forum thought it wasn't good enough for them so they deleted it, not long before i saved every last page of work. stupid SB mods.....oh ya and they also ridiculed me and Jon in there so first he left then I went soon after. And then later on I found this place....now you also understand why I was so cautious with posting at the beginning lol
