Believe it or not, when
I started Matazone.co.uk back... Ooo, it was around springtime 2001, this
whole site was one big piece of artwork. I then couldn't afford the bit
of software I needed to make the third section of the piece, I got bored,
I had a nightmare about zombies, turned the zombies into kittens and out
came the first Mittens animation. In two weeks this new 'Other Side' of
my site had had as many hits as the webart had had in the previous nine
months. Ah well, people enjoy laughing more than art, I can understand
that. Anyway, for those who still fancy exploring some of my old artwork here are the links, there are lots of old photos I've taken, some paintings I've made and it's all linked together to explore the meaning and physical nature of living in a modern urban environment. Explore, get lost in the links for a while, read some stuff... Or don't, it's not everyone's cup of tea. In amongst it all is my short story Falling, it was the first thing I ever made using Flash and I'm still very happy with it. |
